Returns & Refund Policy
At Bum Bum Cha, we take great care in sourcing, packing, and delivering our teas. As tea is a natural agricultural product, slight variations in the colour, size, texture, aroma, and flavour of tea leaves may occur from batch to batch due to seasonal, climatic, and agricultural factors. Such natural variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return or refund.
If you receive a product that is:
- damaged during transit;
- defective or contaminated;
- expired; or
- different from the product you ordered,
please notify the delivery partner at the time of receipt of the product. Products once received cannot be returned. Also, kindly email support@atbumbum.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and its packaging.
Upon verification of your claim, Bum Bum Cha may, at its sole discretion provide an appropriate resolution.
For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been already received, opened, consumed, or improperly stored after delivery, unless the product is found to be damaged, defective, contaminated, or incorrectly supplied at the time of receipt.
Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after approval. The actual time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.
Bum Bum Cha reserves the right to reject any refund or replacement request if the claim is found to be false, fraudulent, or inconsistent with this policy.
